Welcome to Poosting Msg, an instant messaging system similar to online communication applications. These Terms of Use govern the use of the service offered by Poosting Rede Social Ltda, registered under CNPJ number 58.910.312/0001-12.

1. DEFINITIONS
Platform: Poosting Msg, including applications, website and related services.
User: Any person who uses the platform.
Account: Individual registration required to use the service.
Content: Messages, texts, images, videos, audios and any data sent.

6.2. By using the platform, the user grants a non-exclusive license for the technical processing of the content.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

10. CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

11.2. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

12.2. The court of the user’s domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
