Poosting Social Network (“Poosting”) is committed to protecting children and adolescents from any form of exploitation or abuse. Our platform strictly prohibits any use involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), harassment, or any conduct that places minors at risk.

This policy complies with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy, the Apple iOS Developer Policy, and all applicable child protection laws and regulations.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Creating, sharing, soliciting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Grooming or attempting to contact minors for purposes of exploitation or abuse.

Sexualizing minors, including images, comments, or posts of a sexual nature involving children.

Threatening, blackmailing, or extorting minors (“sextortion”).

Promoting child trafficking or any activity involving the commercial sexual exploitation of children.

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, permanent content removal, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3. Legal Compliance

Poosting fully complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Brazilian Law No. 13.431/2017 and the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA).

The guidelines of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions.

Upon identifying materials or behaviors related to CSAE, Poosting will immediately report them to the appropriate authorities and take all necessary action.

4. Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

Users can report suspicious content, abuse, or inappropriate behavior directly within the app through the “Report” button available on every post, profile, or message.

All reports are reviewed with the highest priority, and immediate action is taken to protect victims and remove harmful content.

In addition to the in-app reporting system, each post includes a dedicated reporting option for users’ convenience.
Before any image is approved for publication, Poosting employs an automatic pre-publication review using Cloud Vision AI technology—a high-capacity artificial intelligence tool capable of identifying illicit or harmful images.
Only images approved by this automated review process are allowed to be published.
