PLATFORM EXCLUSIVELY FOR ADULTS 18 AND OVER — ACCESS BY MINORS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

1. Introduction
Poosting Rede Social (“Poosting”), as listed on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, is a social networking platform exclusively intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Poosting is committed to ensuring a safe, responsible, and healthy environment for all of its adult users.

Poosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), as well as against access to or use of the platform by minors under the age of 18. It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any activity that puts minors at risk or that violates laws protecting children and adolescents.

This policy is in compliance with:
• The Google Play Child Safety Policy
• The Apple App Store age rating and minor protection requirements
• The Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA — Law No. 8,069/1990)
• Law No. 15,211/2025 (Digital ECA)
• All applicable laws protecting children and adolescents in Brazil and internationally

2. Platform Exclusively for Adults 18 and Over — Age Restriction and Verification Process
Poosting is rated 18+ on the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).

Access to, registration on, and use of Poosting are strictly prohibited for minors under the age of 18, regardless of parental or legal guardian authorization. There are no exceptions to this rule.

To ensure compliance with this requirement, the registration process mandatorily includes the following age verification steps, all of which must be successfully completed before access is granted:

2.1. Automatic Age Verification
During registration, the system performs an automatic check based on the data provided by the user. If the data indicates that the user is under 18 years of age, registration is automatically blocked and access to the platform is denied, with no possibility of appeal.
2.2. Approximate Age Estimation via Facial Recognition (Face ID)
The user must submit a facial verification through the device camera. The system uses biometric analysis technology to estimate the age range of the captured face. Images that indicate, based on the system’s parameters, that the user may be under 18 years of age will result in automatic denial of registration.
2.3. Confirmation by Express Declaration (Checkbox)
The user must mandatorily check a confirmation field (checkbox) declaring, under their full and sole responsibility, that they are 18 years of age or older and that they are aware that the use of the platform by minors under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Bypassing any of these steps through fraud, falsification of data, use of third-party images, altered documents, or any other deceptive means constitutes a serious violation of this Policy and may constitute a civil and/or criminal offense, subject to applicable legal sanctions.

3. Ongoing Monitoring and Permanent Account Deletion for Age Fraud
Poosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud in the age verification process. In addition to the automatic checks performed at the time of registration, our team periodically conducts manual reviews of new and suspicious accounts, with the specific aim of identifying attempts to circumvent or commit fraud in the age verification process.

If it is identified at any time that an account was created through fraud in the age verification process, or that it belongs to a user under the age of 18, the following measures will be taken immediately and definitively:

• The account will be permanently deleted from the platform, without prior notice and without the right to appeal or reactivation.
• All content published by the account will be permanently and irreversibly removed.
• The device, IP address, and other technical data associated with the account may be preventively blocked to avoid new fraudulent registrations.
• In cases involving minors, the incident will be reported to the competent authorities, as required by the ECA and Law No. 15,211/2025 (Digital ECA), and may also be reported to NCMEC or its equivalent.

The responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration lies entirely with the user who completes the registration. In cases where a minor is registered by a third party (a legal guardian, family member, or any other person), civil and criminal liability for the act falls exclusively on the person who performed the registration.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct — Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
ZERO TOLERANCE — Any violation results in immediate account deletion and reporting to authorities.

Poosting strictly prohibits the following conduct:
• Creating, publishing, sharing, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming minors, including attempts to contact them for purposes of sexual exploitation.
• Sexualizing minors in any format (images, text, comments, or profiles).
• Engaging in sextortion, threats, blackmail, or coercion involving minors.
• Promoting child trafficking or any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children.

Any violation will result in:
• Immediate and permanent suspension or deletion of the account.
• Permanent removal of all associated content.
• Reporting to competent authorities and organizations such as NCMEC or its equivalents.

5. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Poosting provides an in-app reporting system that allows users to report:
• Suspicious or inappropriate content.
• Inappropriate or abusive behavior.
• Possible child safety violations.
• Profiles suspected of belonging to users under 18 years of age.

Reports can be submitted via the “Report” button, available on posts, profiles, and messages. All reports are reviewed with the highest priority, and immediate action is taken when necessary.

6. Content Detection and Moderation (CSAM)
Poosting takes active measures to prevent and detect illegal content, including:
• Automated analysis of images and content using artificial intelligence tools.
• Pre- and post-publication content moderation systems.
• Manual review by our team when necessary.
• Periodic manual review of new accounts to detect age fraud and attempts to circumvent the verification process.

Suspicious content is blocked, analyzed, and — if confirmed as a violation — removed and reported to the competent authorities.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Poosting fully complies with all laws and regulations applicable to child protection and responsible use of digital platforms, including:
• Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA — Law No. 8,069/1990).
• Law No. 13,431/2017 (protection of children and adolescents who are victims or witnesses of violence).
• Law No. 15,211/2025 (Digital ECA — protection of minors in digital environments).
• International reporting standards, including those of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Age rating policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Poosting acknowledges that social media platforms, by their interactive and stimulating nature, may — in certain user profiles — foster patterns of excessive, compulsive, or dependent use. Prolonged and uninterrupted use can negatively impact mental health, sleep quality, productivity, interpersonal relationships, and the user’s overall well-being.

Users should be aware that intensive use of the platform may potentially:
• Generate compulsive usage habits, with difficulty voluntarily disconnecting.
• Contribute to anxiety, irritability, or feelings of emptiness when away from the platform.
• Lead users to spend several hours a day on the platform, interfering with essential activities such as sleep, eating, physical exercise, studying, and in-person social interaction.
• Create harmful social comparison patterns that are detrimental to self-esteem and emotional health.

By accepting this Policy, the user declares awareness of these risks and assumes responsibility for consciously managing their own time spent on the platform.

Poosting publicly declares that its technological development work is driven exclusively by performance, speed, and the quality of the user experience. Our goal is for the platform to be fast, efficient, and enjoyable to use — not to keep users connected for as long as possible.

Poosting does not use and commits to never implementing:
• Recommendation algorithms designed to create compulsive content consumption cycles (“rabbit holes” or forced engagement loops).
• Manipulative notifications or “dark pattern” strategies intended to artificially draw users back to the platform.
• Scoring systems, rewards, or gamification whose sole purpose is to increase time spent on the platform at the expense of user well-being.
• Algorithmic feeds that prioritize emotionally polarizing content to keep users engaged.

The platform uses a chronological feed and ephemeral posts with a 24-hour lifespan, reflecting our commitment to a more natural experience, free from manipulation of content order or visibility for commercial retention purposes.

This Policy applies to all users, content creators, and partners of Poosting Rede Social, as made available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as well as accessed through any other digital means.

11. Updates
Poosting may update this Policy periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the requirements of the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and international best practices for the protection of minors and responsible use of digital platforms. Users will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

12. Commitment
