The Poosting Service is provided by Poosting Rede Social Ltda., and these Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the company. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use Poosting.

To ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful environment, the following types of content are expressly prohibited on Poosting:

1. Prohibited Content on the Platform
1.1. Illegal Content
• Any material that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Distribution of drugs, weapons, ammunition, or controlled items.
• Instructions for criminal or unlawful activities.
1.2. Hate Speech and Discrimination
• Posts that promote racism, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or ableism.
• Content that encourages persecution, intimidation, or attacks on individuals or groups based on their religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or social status.
1.3. Violence and Incitement
• Graphic or explicit violent content without educational or journalistic context.
• Incitement to violence, terrorism, self-harm, or suicide.
• Promotion of extremist organizations.
1.4. Sexual Exploitation and Adult Content
• Pornography or explicit nudity.
• Sexual exploitation of minors (absolute zero tolerance).
• Non-consensual sexual content.
• Sharing intimate material of third parties without authorization (“revenge porn”).
1.5. Bullying, Harassment, and Threats
• Messages intended to intimidate, embarrass, or humiliate.
• Persistent harassment, persecution, or stalking.
• Physical or psychological threats against any person.
1.6. Disinformation and Misleading Content
• Spreading fake news that may cause social, political, or public health harm.
• Fraud, financial scams, or pyramid schemes.
• Fake profiles impersonating other people or organizations.
1.7. Privacy and Personal Data
• Sharing personal information of third parties without consent (such as phone numbers, addresses, or documents).
• Publishing private images or recordings without permission.
1.8. Intellectual Property
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyright-protected materials (music, films, books, software, etc.).
• Improper use of registered trademarks or logos.
1.9. Spam and Platform Misuse
• Sending unsolicited mass messages.
• Automated content that interferes with the normal operation of the network.
• Malicious links, viruses, malware, or phishing.

2. The Poosting Service
Our mission at Poosting is to strengthen the connections between people and the interests you value. To that end, we are committed to providing the Poosting Service, which includes all products, features, applications, technologies, and software we develop.

The Service encompasses the following aspects:

Personalization, connection, and creation opportunities: We recognize that every person is unique. We therefore provide a variety of features to help you create, share, expand your presence, and communicate both within and outside Poosting.

Promoting a safe and positive environment: We create and use tools and resources to ensure that our community experiences are positive and inclusive, providing support when needed.

Developing technologies for community growth: The organization and analysis of data are fundamental to our Service. We invest in cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Integration with other Poosting Rede Social Ltda. products: Poosting is part of the Poosting Rede Social Ltda. group. We share technology, systems, and information to provide more effective and secure services.

Ensuring global access to the Service: To operate our Service worldwide, it is necessary to store and transfer data between our systems in different locations, including outside your country of residence.

Connecting with relevant brands and products: We use data from Poosting, from other Poosting Rede Social Ltda. products, and from our partners to display ads, offers, and sponsored content we believe may be of interest to you.

Research and innovation: The information we collect is used to study and improve our Service, as well as to collaborate with third-party research.

3. How the Service is Funded
Rather than charging you to use Poosting, you agree that we may display advertisements from companies and organizations that pay us to promote their products and services. We use your personal data, such as information about your activities and interests, to serve you more relevant ads.

We display useful and personalized ads without revealing your identity to advertisers. We do not sell your personal data. Advertisers tell us the type of audience they want to reach, and we display ads to people who may be interested in them.

We also provide performance reports to advertisers so they can understand how people interact with their content. These reports include demographic data and general interest information, but not data that could directly identify you — such as your name or email — unless you give us explicit permission.

4. The Privacy Policy
Providing our Service requires collecting and using your information. Our Privacy Policy details how this information is collected, used, and shared across Poosting Rede Social Ltda. products. To use Poosting, you are required to agree to the Privacy Policy.

5. Your Commitments
In order for us to provide our Service, we ask that you agree to the following commitments.
5.1. Platform Exclusively for Adults 18 and Over — Age Restriction and Verification Process
Poosting is a platform exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. Access to, registration on, and use of the platform are strictly prohibited for minors under the age of 18, regardless of parental or guardian authorization. There are no exceptions to this rule.

The platform is rated 18+ on the Google Play Store (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS), in compliance with the age rating guidelines of both stores. By downloading, installing, or accessing Poosting by any means, the user acknowledges this rating and confirms they meet the minimum age requirement.

To ensure compliance with this requirement, the registration process mandatorily includes the following age verification steps, all of which must be successfully completed before access is granted:

• Automatic age verification: during registration, the system performs an automatic check based on the data provided by the user. If the data indicates the user is under 18 years of age, the registration is automatically blocked and access to the platform is denied, with no possibility of appeal.
• Approximate age estimation via facial recognition (Face ID): the user must submit a facial verification through the device camera. The system uses biometric analysis technology to estimate the age range of the captured face. Images that indicate, based on the system’s parameters, that the user may be under 18 years of age will result in automatic denial of registration.
• Confirmation by express declaration: the user must mandatorily check a confirmation box (checkbox) declaring, under their full responsibility, that they are 18 years of age or older and are aware that the use of the platform by minors under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Bypassing any of these steps through fraud, falsification of data, use of third-party images, altered documents, or any other deceptive means constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a civil and/or criminal offense, subject to applicable legal sanctions.
5.2. Ongoing Monitoring and Permanent Account Deletion for Age Fraud
Poosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud in the age verification process. In addition to the automatic checks performed at the time of registration, our team periodically conducts manual reviews of new and suspicious accounts, with the specific aim of identifying attempts to circumvent or commit fraud in the age verification process.

If it is identified at any time that an account was created through fraud in the age verification process, or that it belongs to a user under the age of 18, the following measures will be taken immediately and definitively:

• The account will be permanently deleted from the platform, without prior notice and without the right to appeal or reactivation.
• All content published by the account will be permanently and irreversibly removed.
• The device, IP address, and other technical data associated with the account may be preventively blocked to avoid new fraudulent registrations.
• In cases involving minors, the incident may be reported to the competent authorities, as required by Brazilian legislation on the protection of children and adolescents, including the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA) and Law No. 15,211/2025 (Digital ECA).

The responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration lies entirely with the user who completes the registration. In cases where a minor is registered by a third party (such as a legal guardian, family member, or any other person), civil and criminal liability for the act falls exclusively on the person who performed the registration.
5.3. Other Conditions of Use
In addition to the age requirement, to use the platform you must also:
• Not have legal restrictions that prevent you from receiving our Service or making payments related to it.
• Not have had an account previously deactivated by us due to violations of laws or policies.
• Not have been convicted of a sexual offense.
5.4. Prohibited Uses
To maintain a safe environment for everyone, each person must do their part.
• Do not impersonate other people or provide false information of any kind.
• Do not engage in illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Do not violate (or help violate) these Terms or our policies, including the Community Standards.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the intended operation of the Service.
• Do not attempt to create accounts, access, or collect information in an unauthorized manner.
• Do not sell, license, or purchase accounts or data obtained from our Service.
• Do not publish private or confidential information of others without permission.
• Do not modify, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer our products.
• Do not use a domain name or URL in your username without our prior written authorization.
• Do not attempt to circumvent or bypass technological measures that restrict access to the Service or data.
5.5. Permissions You Grant Us
License to use your content: You retain ownership of your content and may share it as you wish. However, to operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, use, distribute, modify, publicly display, translate, and create derivative works from your content.

Permission to use your name, photo, and interaction information: You authorize us to display your username, profile picture, and information about your actions alongside accounts, ads, offers, and other sponsored content on Poosting Rede Social Ltda. products.

Service updates: You agree that we may download and install updates to the Service on your device.

6. Conscious Use, Digital Well-Being, and Responsibility for Time Spent on the Platform
Poosting is a platform developed with the commitment to fostering genuine human connections and a healthy digital experience. This clause transparently sets out our position on the risks of excessive use and the principles that guide the development of the platform.
6.1. Acknowledging the Risk of Excessive Use and Digital Dependency
Poosting acknowledges that social media platforms, by their interactive and stimulating nature, may — in certain user profiles — foster patterns of excessive, compulsive, or dependent use. Prolonged and uninterrupted use of social networks can negatively impact mental health, sleep quality, productivity, interpersonal relationships, and the user’s overall well-being.

Users should be aware that intensive use of the platform may potentially:
• Generate compulsive usage habits, with difficulty voluntarily disconnecting.
• Contribute to anxiety, irritability, or feelings of emptiness when away from the platform.
• Interfere with time dedicated to essential activities such as sleep, eating, physical exercise, studying, and in-person social interaction.
• Create harmful social comparison patterns that are detrimental to self-esteem and emotional health.

By accepting these Terms, the user declares awareness of these risks and assumes responsibility for consciously managing their own time spent on the platform.
6.2. Our Commitment: Performance, Not Retention
Poosting publicly declares that its technological development work is driven by performance, speed, and the quality of the user experience — and not by techniques or mechanisms designed to artificially maximize the amount of time users spend on the platform.

Poosting does not use and commits to never implementing:
• Recommendation algorithms designed to create compulsive content consumption cycles (“rabbit holes” or forced engagement loops).
• Manipulative notifications or “dark pattern” strategies intended to artificially draw users back to the platform.
• Scoring systems, rewards, or gamification whose sole purpose is to increase time spent on the platform at the expense of user well-being.
• Algorithmic feeds that prioritize emotionally polarizing content to keep users engaged.

The platform uses a chronological feed and ephemeral posts with a 24-hour lifespan, reflecting our commitment to a more natural experience, free from manipulation of content order or visibility for commercial retention purposes.
6.3. Our Goal: A Healthy Social Network
Our goal is to build a healthy, respectful, and sustainable social network for adults aged 18 and over. We believe that a truly good platform for its users is one that adds real value to their lives — not one that keeps them glued to screens for as long as possible.

With this in mind, Poosting:
• Encourages its users to take regular breaks and to use the platform in a balanced way.
• Does not accept liability for disorders resulting from excessive use freely chosen by the user, except in cases where Brazilian legislation establishes objective liability for the platform.
• May, in the future, make digital well-being and screen time management tools available, in accordance with industry best practices and any applicable legal requirements.

If you find that your use of the platform is negatively affecting your mental health or quality of life, we recommend seeking support from a qualified health professional. Poosting does not, under any circumstances, replace medical or psychological care.
6.4. Heightened Applicability for Newly Adult Users
We recognize that users between the ages of 18 and 24 may be especially susceptible to the effects of excessive social media use. While access to the platform is permitted from the age of 18, we particularly recommend careful management of screen time for this group, and we encourage parents, family members, and close friends to maintain open dialogue about healthy social media use among young adults.

7. Additional Rights of Poosting
• We may change your username or identifier if we deem it necessary — for example, if it infringes another person’s intellectual property.
• If you use our copyright-protected content, we retain all rights to our material.
• You may only use our intellectual property in accordance with our Brand Guidelines or with our prior written authorization.
• It is prohibited to modify, create derivative works from, or attempt to extract our source code without our written permission.

8. Content Removal and Account Termination
We may remove any content or information you share if we believe it violates these Terms of Service or our policies, or if required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or policies, create legal risk for us, repeatedly violate intellectual property rights, or if we are legally required to do so.

When you request the deletion of content or an account, the removal process begins within 30 days. Complete deletion of content may take up to 90 days, during which it will not be visible to other users.

9. Our Agreement and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Our Agreement
The use of other features or services may include additional terms. In the event of a conflict, those additional terms will prevail. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
9.2. Third-Party Rights
This agreement does not grant rights to third parties. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent. Our rights and obligations may be transferred to others, for example, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
9.3. Limitation of Liability
Our Service is provided “as is,” without guarantees that it will operate without errors or be completely secure at all times. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Our liability for any issues with the Service will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.4. Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer, the laws of your country of residence will apply to any claim against us, and you may resolve the dispute in a competent court in your country. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Brazil for the State of Ceara in Fortaleza, and that the laws of the State of Ceara will govern these Terms.
9.5. Unsolicited Material
Your suggestions are always welcome, but we may use them without restriction or obligation to compensate, and we have no duty to keep them confidential.

10. Updates to These Terms
We may change our Service and our policies, and we may need to modify these Terms to reflect such changes. Except where otherwise required by law, you will be notified before changes take effect and will have the opportunity to review them. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated Terms.
